Artificial Foam Flowers

Foam flowers, artificial blooms in the premium class

Foam flowers are the most striking group of artificial decorative flowers. Every petal is shaped individually from flexible foam, so a foam flower keeps a soft, irregular curve and a velvety surface that scatters light beautifully. Up close you can see the depth of color and the finish along the petal edge, and from two meters away artificial foam flowers read like stems straight from a florist.

That is why this range is chosen by interior decorators, florists, wedding planners and the floral studios and workshops that work for demanding clients.

In this category you will find single foam flower heads, foam flower stems and classic foam roses in a wide range of sizes and shades. Everything is sold by the piece, with no bundles and no pre made arrangements, so you decide exactly how many elements your project needs.

What kind of foam are foam flowers made from

The name covers several materials and it is worth knowing the difference before you order.

PE foam

Polyethylene foam, most common in large decorative blooms. It has a matte, velvety surface and holds its shape exceptionally well. This is the material behind large foam flowers and oversized foam flowers, the ones that make the biggest impression in flower walls and shop window displays.

EVA foam and foamiran

Foamiran is a mouldable EVA foam, also known as plastic suede. Warmed in your hands it remembers the shape you give it, which lets the petals take on living, irregular curves. EVA foam flowers come closest to fresh cut blooms and most often end up in elegant wedding decor.

Real touch coating

Some foam flowers are finished with a thin layer of latex or polyurethane. A real touch foam flower feels cool and slightly moist under your fingers, exactly like a fresh petal. The core stays foam, so the bloom remains light.

What foam flowers are used for

Decorative foam flowers are light, which opens up applications that heavier materials cannot cover. They put no strain on the structure and leave no marks on the surface behind them.

• Flower walls for weddings, photo shoots and corporate events, where the look on camera matters as much as the low weight of the frame
• Wreaths and door decorations that call for an elegant, carefully finished form
• Window displays and commercial interiors in showrooms, hotels, restaurants and offices, where decor shapes the impression a brand leaves
• Crafts and floristry, where single foam flower heads serve as a component for further work
• Wedding and table decorations prepared well in advance, because artificial foam flowers do not wilt while they wait for the date

Why foam flowers instead of fresh ones

A foam flower needs no water, drops no petals and never closes up after cutting. It looks the same on installation day and two weeks later, so you can build the decoration calmly and ahead of time instead of overnight before the event. You can dust it, pack it away in a box and use it again on the next project. For any decor that stands longer than a few days, artificial foam flowers work out many times cheaper than repeat deliveries of fresh stems.

How to care for foam flowers

Lift dust with a soft brush, a dry microfiber cloth or a cool hairdryer held well back. Do not submerge foam flowers in water and do not place them directly next to a radiator. Avoid constant, strong sunlight as well, since intense light works on every pigment over time. Store them loosely, without pressure, so the petals do not remember a crease.

Foam flowers sold by the piece

The entire range is available individually. Take exactly as many foam heads and stems as your project calls for and pick the shades yourself. If you build your decoration in stages, you can order the missing pieces later.
